He coordinates follow-up care, support meetings, housing options, transportation, and relapse-prevention steps so the transition from treatment to daily life is supported and clear. Jonathan’s dedication is personal—he has witnessed family members battle alcoholism and substance use—and he honors his late mother (2023) through this work.
