Frequently Asked Questions
What happens when I start rehab?
When you first reach out for help, you’ll undergo an intake and assessment process where you get asked a series of questions by our team to help design individualized care. After that is done, we will develop a personalized treatment plan for you that increases the chance of your successful recovery.
You’ll start with detox to help you get through your withdrawal symptoms during which time you’ll have constant supervision and be given medications to help alleviate severe symptoms where appropriate. After that you’ll transition into the rest of your program which includes a full-time schedule of therapy and counseling.
Can I use my insurance for inpatient rehab?
Yes, Federal Law requires that all health insurance providers cover the cost of basic addiction services. We work with several providers including Anthem Blue cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Tricare, and Medcost. We can help you verify your insurance and see what benefits can be applied to the cost of your treatment.
Is residential treatment better than outpatient treatment?
One is not better than the other. It all depends on your circumstances and what it is you need. When you call our team we can help you decide which level of care is best.
