What to Expect From Our Treatment Programs
Detox is the first crucial step in the recovery process. At our detox center, patients are treated with around-the-clock medical supervision to ensure safety and comfort throughout the withdrawal process.
Once your system is clear, you are ready to enter inpatient rehab. Our 30-day residential program is coordinated with continual support and security in mind. Our facility features rooms with modern amenities and access to warm community spaces. There are private rooms for men, and women have the option of private or shared quarters.
The weekly schedule includes more than 40 hours of care services, including individual counseling sessions, group therapy, aftercare planning, and more. Our treatment team includes four full-time therapists and a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Together, they develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient. In this structured, supportive environment, patients can find guidance throughout their personal healing process.
Therapies We Offer
At American Detox & Treatment, we know that the key to sustainable, long-term recovery lies in treating the underlying factors that influence addiction. SUDs can often occur alongside other mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and personality disorders.
By treating the whole person and addressing the intersections of addiction and mental health, we can create a strong foundation for resilience in recovery. Our therapeutic services are here to support your personal healing journey. They include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Individual counseling
- Group sessions
- Family therapy
Visitors are not permitted during treatment as we prioritize your privacy and focus during the recovery process. However, we keep families involved in their loved one’s care, and we conduct family therapy sessions via Zoom.
